A leading US-headquartered international law firm is seeking an experienced General Finance Lawyer to join its London office on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy finance team and support a broad range of financing transactions.
Key Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a broad range of general finance matters
- Supporting leveraged finance transactions
- Advising on general banking matters
- Assisting with venture capital financing transactions
- Working closely with partners and the wider finance team to deliver commercially focused legal advice
- Managing matters independently while collaborating with colleagues across the practice
Candidate requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with experience across leveraged finance, general banking and/or venture capital financing
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work autonomously on a range of finance matters
- Commercial, pragmatic and collaborative approach
