How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    UX Designer (Banking/FS)

    6 Month Initial Contract


    We're supporting a leading digital consultancy on the search for an experienced UX Designer to join a major banking transformation programme. Working with one of the world's largest financial institutions, you'll help shape AI-powered products that improve complex lending and capital markets workflows.


    The Role


    You'll work closely with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centred experiences for AI-enabled platforms. The work will focus on simplifying complex operational processes and creating seamless journeys for multiple user groups across highly regulated financial services environments.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered enterprise applications

    • Produce workflow maps, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs

    • Create intuitive experiences for complex operational and multi-persona workflows

    • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centred solutions

    • Translate complex business requirements into simple, engaging user experiences


    What We're Looking For


    • Proven experience as a UX Designer on enterprise-scale digital products

    • Strong end-to-end UX capability including journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing

    • Experience designing complex operational workflows and multi-user experiences

    • Exposure to AI-powered products or AI-assisted user interactions

    • Financial Services or other highly regulated industry experience is highly desirable

    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
