The Role
As a Lead Consultant, you will work directly with consumer-focused clients to identify opportunities where AI, machine learning and advanced analytics can create commercial value.
You will:
- Lead AI, machine learning and data science workstreams from concept through to implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, personalisation and commercial performance
- Design and deliver data-driven solutions that move beyond proof of concept into operational use
- Advise senior client stakeholders on digital strategy and emerging technologies
- Translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across data, technology and business functions
- Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members
- Support business growth through solution design and client engagement
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience within Data Science, Machine Learning, AI or Advanced Analytics
- Experience delivering projects within consulting, professional services or a client-facing environment
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact
- Ability to shape solutions as well as execute delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with consumer, retail, e-commerce, customer or digital products
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs or modern AI tooling
- Passion for mentoring others and building capability
