How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Location: Remote (UK)

    Full-time

    Reports directly to the Founder

    About Get In Good Nick

We're building the world's most trusted health coaching platform for healthy ageing, helping people stay strong, independent and confident for life.

We're a small, ambitious team moving fast, building something we believe can improve the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. We're now looking for the person who will build and own our paid acquisition engine.

    The Role

This isn't a traditional marketing role.

We're looking for a performance marketer who lives and breathes customer acquisition.

Someone obsessed with lowering CAC, improving conversion rates, testing creative, writing better hooks, optimising landing pages, refining VSLs and building acquisition systems that scale profitably.

You'll work directly alongside the Founder and own our paid acquisition engine—from the first advert someone sees through to becoming a paying member.

Your success will ultimately be measured on one thing:

    Profitable member growth.

    What You'll Own

    • Meta advertising strategy, campaign builds, optimisation and scaling
    • Creative testing across images, video and UGC
    • Landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement
    • VSL optimisation, messaging and funnel performance
    • Offer positioning and direct-response copy that converts
    • AI-powered creative production and campaign workflows
    • CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback and commercial reporting
    • Weekly testing roadmap—identifying what to test, why it matters and what we learn

    The AI Edge

We believe AI will become one of the biggest competitive advantages in performance marketing.

We're looking for someone who already uses AI as part of their daily workflow—not because it's trendy, but because it helps them move faster and produce better work.

Whether that's generating creative concepts, producing ad variations, editing videos, improving copy, analysing campaigns or automating repetitive tasks, you're constantly looking for ways AI can make a small team perform like a much larger one.

Our goal is to build an AI-first acquisition engine that gets smarter every month.

    Who You Are

    • Proven hands-on Meta Ads experience managing real budgets with measurable commercial results
    • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing principles
    • Experienced in landing page optimisation, funnels and conversion rate optimisation
    • Comfortable working with VSLs, offers and persuasive messaging
    • AI-native—you genuinely use AI every day to improve performance and efficiency
    • Commercially minded—you understand CAC, LTV, ROAS and payback, and enjoy being accountable for the numbers
    • Curious, analytical and highly experimental—you love testing ideas and making decisions based on data
    • Builder mentality—you want to create something exceptional rather than simply manage existing campaigns
    • Hungry, ambitious and looking for the opportunity to have a genuine impact

    Bonus Points

    • Google/YouTube ad experience
    • Health, wellness or subscription business experience
    • Experience using AI tools to improve paid acquisition performance
    • No-code, API or automation experience to help extend our AI-powered marketing systems

    What We Offer

    • £60,000–£80,000 base salary (depending on experience)
    • 1–2% equity—the opportunity to own a meaningful part of what we're building
    • Direct access to the Founder and genuine influence over company strategy
    • The opportunity to build a best-in-class AI-powered performance marketing engine from the ground up
    • Freedom to test, experiment and move quickly without corporate bureaucracy

    How to Apply

We care far more about what you've achieved than where you've worked.

    Please apply via LinkedIn with:

    • Your CV with a short cover letter attached (maximum one page) answering the following:

    1. Tell us about one paid acquisition result you're genuinely proud of, including the budget, CAC, ROAS (or other relevant metrics) and exactly what you personally owned.
    2. Describe one example of how you've used AI to improve marketing performance, creative output or acquisition efficiency.
    3. If you joined Get In Good Nick tomorrow, what would be the first things you'd investigate to improve our paid acquisition engine, and why?

    Keep it concise.

We're not looking for a polished cover letter. We're looking for evidence of commercial thinking, hands-on execution and someone who can build one of the best performance marketing engines in the health industry.

We'll be reviewing applications as they come in and moving quickly for the right person.
