Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial delivery of a major civil engineering project. Key responsibilities inc
lude:
Managing project costs and commercial perfor
mance.Supporting procurement and subcontract manag
ement.Preparing valuations, forecasts and financial re
ports.Working closely with project teams to achieve commercial objec
tives.Managing contracts, variations and change co
ntrol.

out You
You'
ll have:A degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related dis
cipline.Quantity Surveying experience within civil engineering or infrast
ructure.Strong commercial awareness and contract kn
owledge.Excellent communication and stakeholder management
skills.A proactive, collaborative a
pproach.NEC contract experience (des
irable).
