This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader to join one of the fastest-growing QSR brands as a New Restaurant Opening Trainer.
Working as part of the UK Operations team, you'll play a pivotal role in launching new restaurants across the UK, ensuring every opening delivers the exceptional standards, culture and guest experience the brand is known for.
This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is passionate about developing people, thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys travelling. You'll spend much of your time supporting new restaurant openings, coaching teams on-site and helping to embed operational excellence from day one.

The New Restaurant Opening Trainer Role
- Deliver engaging training programmes for new restaurant teams ahead of and during openings.
- Travel extensively across the UK (and potentially Europe) to support new restaurant launches.
- Spend periods away from home during restaurant opening projects, typically ranging from several days to a few weeks.
- Coach Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers to ensure brand standards are consistently delivered.
- Support General Managers in preparing their teams for successful openings.
- Lead practical, hands-on training across all areas of restaurant operations, including food quality, service, cleanliness and operational standards.
- Help create high-performing teams by embedding the company's culture and values from day one.
- Identify coaching opportunities and provide constructive feedback to improve confidence and capability.
- Work closely with the Operations and Learning & Development teams to ensure training programmes are delivered consistently.
- Support restaurants beyond opening by helping teams transition into successful day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Senior Assistant Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager within QSR, fast casual or high-volume hospitality.
- A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing people.
- Someone who enjoys travelling and is comfortable spending extended periods away from home supporting restaurant openings.
- Strong operational knowledge with an excellent understanding of restaurant standards, food safety and guest experience.
- Highly organised with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to train large groups.
- Hands-on, energetic and able to lead by example.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
