How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Introduction

    We're partnering with an organisation undergoing a major HR transformation, with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisation Design professional to help shape the future of skills, career development, and workforce capability. This role will be instrumental in creating the frameworks that support long-term growth, employee development, and organisational success.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Design and implement a structured skills and competency framework across the technology function.
    • Develop clear job families and career pathways that support progression, capability development, and workforce planning.
    • Align existing roles within a consistent organisational framework, ensuring clarity and scalability.
    • Work closely with senior leaders to define capability requirements and future organisational needs.
    • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather insight, validate approaches, and build alignment.
    • Translate business objectives into practical organisation design solutions.
    • Communicate change clearly and effectively, helping stakeholders understand and adopt new frameworks.
    • Drive collaboration across multiple teams to establish a shared approach to skills and career development.

    Main Skills Needed

    • Proven experience in HR Transformation or Organisation Design.
    • Strong track record of building skills or competency frameworks within complex organisations.
    • Experience designing job families and career pathways that support career progression and capability development.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive agreement across multiple teams.
    • Strong understanding of workforce planning, organisational capability, and role architecture.
    • Excellent facilitation, workshop delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Ability to translate organisational strategy into practical people frameworks.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
    • Previous experience supporting large-scale organisational or technology transformation programmes is advantageous.
