How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Amazon Advertising Manager

London, Soho | Hybrid, 4 days office, 1 day home

    Salary: £70,000 depending on experience

Running Point Recruitment has partnered with one of the UK's fastest growing consumer brands, a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial business experiencing exceptional growth across the UK and international markets.

We are looking for a technically strong, data driven Amazon PPC & Trade Manager to join the team and take ownership of Amazon Advertising and SKU level marketplace performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep Amazon PPC expertise who wants to broaden their responsibilities beyond advertising. The role is approximately 50% PPC management and 50% focused on driving performance through wider trade levers including pricing, promotions, SEO, creative optimisation and product launches.

You'll be highly hands on, getting into the detail of campaign and SKU performance, analysing data, testing new ideas and continuously looking for opportunities to improve both paid and organic performance.

    What you'll be doing

    • Own Amazon PPC strategy and execution across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, with opportunities to test and develop DSP activity.
    • Analyse campaign and SKU level performance, using data to identify opportunities to improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, conversion and overall commercial performance.
    • Develop and own a continuous experimentation process across PPC, SEO, pricing, promotions, deals and creative.
    • Monitor keyword rankings, search performance and SKU level data to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Plan and execute high impact promotional events, seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
    • Manage and optimise sponsored video activity and creative testing.
    • Use SQP, AMC and other Amazon data sources to uncover insights and improve performance.
    • Research competitors, emerging Amazon strategies and best practices to continually test new approaches.
    • Explore AI and automation opportunities to improve advertising, analysis and marketplace performance.

    What we're looking for

You'll have strong hands on Amazon PPC experience and a proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns across multiple geographies, ideally including European marketplaces.

You'll be naturally analytical and genuinely enjoy getting into the data. You'll have experience testing different PPC tools and be comfortable exploring platforms and data sources such as SQP and AMC.

We're particularly interested in someone with an experimental mindset who enjoys developing hypotheses, testing new ideas and using the results to continuously improve performance.

Experience managing brands with significant Q4 seasonality would be highly beneficial, alongside exposure to DSP, TikTok Shop or brands with high levels of branded traffic.

You'll also be a strong communicator who can clearly explain the reasoning behind your decisions and translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Practical experience using AI to build, improve or automate processes would also be highly valued.

    What's on offer

    • Salary of £50,000 to £70,000 depending on experience
    • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
    • 1 day per week working from home
    • Central Soho office
    • Pension scheme
    • Regular team socials
    • The opportunity to join a rapidly growing consumer brand and have genuine ownership over Amazon advertising and marketplace performance
    • If you're an Amazon PPC specialist who loves data, experimentation and getting into the detail of what drives marketplace growth, I'd love to hear from you.
