- Analyse campaign and SKU level performance, using data to identify opportunities to improve ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, conversion and overall commercial performance.
- Develop and own a continuous experimentation process across PPC, SEO, pricing, promotions, deals and creative.
- Monitor keyword rankings, search performance and SKU level data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and execute high impact promotional events, seasonal campaigns and new product launches.
- Manage and optimise sponsored video activity and creative testing.
- Use SQP, AMC and other Amazon data sources to uncover insights and improve performance.
- Research competitors, emerging Amazon strategies and best practices to continually test new approaches.

We're particularly interested in someone with an experimental mindset who enjoys developing hypotheses, testing new ideas and using the results to continuously improve performance.
Experience managing brands with significant Q4 seasonality would be highly beneficial, alongside exposure to DSP, TikTok Shop or brands with high levels of branded traffic.
You'll also be a strong communicator who can clearly explain the reasoning behind your decisions and translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Practical experience using AI to build, improve or automate processes would also be highly valued.
