Who we are…
Here at Lead Candidate we are committed to supporting developing companies in the pharmaceutical and biotech outsourcing space. We use our expertise to serve businesses by finding the people that will make their growth targets a reality. We work as an embedded talent partner to a select number of companies at any one time, allowing us to devote our time to provide an excellent experience.
Five years ago, Lead Candidate was just an idea. Today, we're an established and growing business and as we've reached our 5-year milestone, we're looking for an ambitious person to join us on the journey ahead.

What we do…
Our Talent Partners provide an incredible service to our customers, ensuring they receive a consistent, quality experience. Day to day your role will vary based on the nature of live projects, and could include any of the following:
- Being a trusted partner in our clients journey, understanding their goals and hiring priorities to provide talent solutions
- Communicating our customers story and opportunities to industry professionals.
- Blending industry expertise with cutting edge recruitment technology to secure top talent
- A chance to compete against our resident tea-making champion, Yasmine
Talent Champions are experts in all things talent attraction and hiring, so these examples are a snapshot of what the role will encompass.
About You…
Lead Candidate is a values-led, politely disruptive, talent acquisition partnering business. We hold our values dear, and we expect you to as well. We are honest, which also means sometimes telling hard truths. We are experts in our field, and we are devoted to our customers, working with only a select few at any one time.
Our Talent Partners will have a background in the key elements of the hiring process. We'll welcome applications from both agency and in-house recruiters, but we're also keen to speak with ambitious individuals from sales, customer service, or other relationship-driven backgrounds who are looking to build a successful career in recruitment. Above all, we value character, enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine desire to make an impact.
We operate exclusively in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology outsourcing space, but that doesn't mean you need prior industry experience. We work with businesses that are helping to improve the lives of patients around the world.
