About the Role
Game District is looking for a passionate Game Producer to support the development and delivery of our games, ensuring smooth workflows and timely execution of project goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire game production lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Collaborate with leadership, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed production plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively solving challenges that arise during development.
- Drive cross-team communication, ensuring alignment across all disciplines.
- Oversee the execution of Agile production processes, optimizing workflows for efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production methodologies to enhance team performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all production-related matters, both internally and externally.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior production staff to foster professional growth.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in game production, with a proven track record of leading full game development cycles.
- Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of production methodologies, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of industry trends and player expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
