How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role

    Game District is looking for a passionate Game Producer to support the development and delivery of our games, ensuring smooth workflows and timely execution of project goals. In this role, you will coordinate between teams, track milestones, and help drive the production process forward. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to high-quality gaming experiences and grow within the industry.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the entire game production lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
    • Collaborate with leadership, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
    • Develop and manage detailed production plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively solving challenges that arise during development.
    • Drive cross-team communication, ensuring alignment across all disciplines.
    • Oversee the execution of Agile production processes, optimizing workflows for efficiency.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve production methodologies to enhance team performance.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all production-related matters, both internally and externally.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior production staff to foster professional growth.


    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in game production, with a proven track record of leading full game development cycles.
    • Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of production methodologies, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and accountability.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
    • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of industry trends and player expectations.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
