How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    What we ask

    Education

    No minimum education required

    Job description

Join this branding agency to help turbo charge a client in the travel tech space, through all their social channels. This contract could run and run and you’ll be treated like a member of the team.

    The speed read

Upfront, the winning candidate will be able to speak Italian and German but we will review without. A big ask, we know! A multi-cultural, global mindset will definitely help you ask the right questions for this newly launching global brand.

    The facts

You love creating and editing short form content: graphics, images and videos using Adobe and Canva, Capcut etc. You’ve likely been doing this for a couple of years and you just want to keep getting better at it.

You get the chance to develop your client facing skills and work in a supportive and creative marketing team, focusing on a new brand where you will give input and help to develop and steer its look & feel and tone of voice. This is a chance to develop real ownership in a genuinely supporting marketing environment. You get a rare insight into an agency working lockstep with a client to help the brand make the most impact. The client feels like more of a partner to the agency which makes it more fun.

You will create and manage a content calendar and track the success of your work and you have likely been around some data and metrics tools (Google, Meta etc).

This is a very broad role where you can really learn a lot with a friendly crew, covering every aspect of launching and managing a brand on social channels. You will be guided well by a product marketing manager and other marketing people client side.

    You’ll have:
    • 3+ years content creation experience across all b2c social media channels
    • Some interesting stories to tell about some brands you’ve produced and managed content for, and the challenges and wins you’ve had along the way
    • The nous to do a little short form writing where needed to at least get the content process underway
    • An interest in hospitality, travel or entertainment brands that are playful and engaging

    You’ll be:

    • Inquisitive and organised
    • A creative thinker and a natural problem solver. You’re one of those continuous learners that will sit and figure out how to get something made or launched and see this as part of the creative process.
    • Passionate about how a brand acts on social channels and interested in viral trends
