How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or PMO professional who understands the ICP environment and has experience supporting electrical connections, network adoption, infrastructure or utility delivery programmes.

Working closely with the Programme Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating activities across multiple sites, maintaining programme controls, tracking delivery milestones and ensuring accurate reporting throughout the lifecycle of the programme.

    • Maintain RAID logs (risks, actions, issues and decisions), action trackers and programme documentation.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes and track actions through to completion.
    • Coordinate communication between internal teams, ICPs, contractors, stakeholders and third parties.
    • Support tracking of site readiness, ICP activity, MOP appointments and delivery milestones.
    • Assist with issue escalation, recovery planning and programme mobilisation activities.
    • Maintain project records, evidence packs and document repositories, ensuring information is accurate, controlled and audit-ready.
    • Support quality checks and compliance with programme processes.

    About You

You will ideally have experience working within a Project Coordinator, PMO, Project Administrator or Programme Support role, with exposure to the utilities or infrastructure sector.

    • Understanding of the ICP/electrical connections environment.
    • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Experience maintaining trackers, reports and project documentation.
