Job Title: Hospitality Supervisor – Contract Caterer
Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits

My client is looking for a hands-on Hospitality Supervisor to join their team in London. What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day hospitality operation across meetings and events
- Lead and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
- Prepare and serve premium refreshments, including barista-quality coffee
- Maintain food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and create memorable guest experiences
- Support stock control, replenishment, and smooth day-to-day operations
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a Hospitality Supervisor or senior Hospitality Assistant role
- Background in corporate hospitality, contract catering, hotels, or premium food service
- Strong barista skills and a passion for food and service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail
- A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support a team
