What we're looking for:
• Michelin-starred or very fine dining experience is essential
• Current Head Chef or an accomplished Senior Sous/Executive Sous Chef ready for the next step
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
• Passion for ingredient-led cooking, creativity and exceptional presentation
• Commercially aware with experience managing GP, labour and kitchen performance
• Calm, organised and confident in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
