What we're looking for:
• Michelin-starred restaurant experience is essential
• Current Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or a strong Junior Sous ready for the next step
• Strong Modern European background
• Confident leading sections and supporting a high-performing kitchen
• Passion for seasonal produce, quality and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
