How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Job Title: Creative Performance Strategist @ Science-Led Consumer Health Brand

    Location: London (Hybrid)

    Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

    Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

A fast-growing, science-led consumer health brand is looking for a Creative Performance Strategist to drive paid social creative that converts, blending sharp performance thinking with strong creative instincts.

The business has built a loyal, engaged community and a strong organic presence, and is now investing further in paid acquisition to fuel its next stage of growth. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a purpose-driven brand at a genuinely exciting point in its journey.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance. You'll be hands-on with creative testing, using data and audience insight to shape hooks, angles and concepts that drive real results, not just creative for creative's sake.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own paid social creative strategy across Meta and TikTok, from concept through to scaled performance
    • Build and run structured creative testing frameworks (A/B testing, iteration, scaling winners)
    • Translate performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS, hook rate) into sharper creative direction
    • Lead creative development end-to-end: concepting, scripting, briefing, iterating
    • Partner closely with growth, design and wider marketing teams to align creative output with performance goals
    • Stay close to platform trends and competitor activity to keep creative fresh and effective

    Skills & Experience Required

    • Solid experience in performance marketing or performance-led creative strategy, ideally within a D2C or consumer brand
    • Strong working knowledge of Meta and TikTok paid social ecosystems
    • A track record of using data to inform and improve creative output
    • Confident copywriting/scripting skills for direct-response content
    • Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
    • A genuine interest in health and wellbeing is a plus, given the category

    Why Apply?

    • Join a purpose-led brand with real momentum and a loyal community behind it
    • Take real ownership of paid social creative in a role with visible impact
    • Work closely with a collaborative, close-knit marketing team
    • Strong scope to grow as the team and budgets scale
