We're recruiting for a hands-on Commercial Portfolio Surveyor to join a well-established team managing a substantial commercial portfolio in the West London / M4 corridor, across offices, light industrial, retail and leisure.
This is a property management focused role, where you'll be out on site regularly, working directly with tenants, contractors and building managers, and taking real ownership of how these assets perform day to day.
What you'll be doing:
🔹 Day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
🔹 Regular inspections and on-site presence
🔹 Tenant liaison and relationship management
🔹 Service charge management and budgeting
🔹 Overseeing contractors, agents and suppliers
🔹 Supporting lease events — renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations
🔹 Ensuring statutory compliance and H&S standards
What we're looking for:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in commercial property / portfolio / estate management
- Comfortable being primarily on-site and in-office; this is not a remote role
- Strong tenant-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Stable career history
- MRICS desirable, but not essential
