I'm exclusively partnering with an ambitious founder-led real estate business to recruit an exceptional Operations Lead to work directly alongside the founder on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives.

The Opportunity
No two days will look the same. You could be reviewing the commercial viability of a new business idea, implementing AI-powered workflows, redesigning operational processes, coordinating suppliers on a live project or building dashboards that improve decision making.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional operational projects from idea through to execution
- Improve business processes, systems and operational efficiency
- Evaluate new commercial opportunities and support investment decisions
- Work closely with finance on modelling and commercial analysis
- Research and implement technology, automation and AI solutions
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors and third-party partners
- Support the delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple business functions
- Build reporting and operational dashboards
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability across the business
- Act as a trusted partner to the founder, ensuring key priorities move forward
About You
We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with practical execution.
You'll be naturally curious, highly organised and able to move comfortably between strategic conversations and hands-on delivery.
You'll likely have experience in one or more of the following:
- Operations
- Business Improvement
- Chief of Staff
- Consulting
- Project Management
- Commercial Operations
- Start-up or Scale-up environments
