How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    A Career-Defining Opportunity for a High-Performance EA

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing, founder-led business.

This role is suited to an ambitious, highly driven EA who thrives in a demanding, high-performance environment and takes pride in flawless execution. The CEO is highly successful, deeply engaged and exceptionally detail-oriented. He values people who anticipate needs, remove friction and deliver consistently at an outstanding standard.

This role is about exceptional execution, professional judgment and creating leverage for a CEO operating at pace. It is not a strategic Chief-of-Staff position.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Complex executive support and external diary management
    • Extensive global travel coordination across multiple time zones
    • Acting as a polished ambassador for the CEO with clients, investors and board members
    • Preparation of meeting materials, briefings and executive communications
    • Leadership of two Executive Assistants supporting the wider executive team
    • Coordination of executive meetings, events and leadership workshops
    • Management of personal and business priorities where required

    Essential Requirements

We will only consider candidates who meet the following criteria:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Board-level executives, CEOs, Founders or C-suite leaders
    • At least 3 years' experience gained within a UK-based technology business, scale-up or high-growth tech environment
    • Proven experience supporting an ambitious founder or CEO in a fast-paced, rapidly changing business
    • Experience managing or mentoring Executive Assistants or administrative teams
    • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging investors, clients and board members
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
    • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to operate with minimal direction
    • Demonstrable stability and progression within previous roles

    Culture & Expectations

This role will appeal to a very specific type of Executive Assistant.

The CEO manages his own priorities and strategic agenda. What he requires is an EA who can execute decisions with precision, anticipate issues before they arise and maintain exceptionally high standards without constant oversight.

Trust is built through consistency, reliability and getting things right the first time.

The successful candidate will be energised by pace, complexity and accountability. They will take genuine satisfaction from delivering excellence and operating at the highest level of the profession.

    Logistics

    • Full-time, office-based role in London
    • Five days per week in the office
    • Occasional support outside standard business hours when required by travel or business needs

This is an outstanding opportunity for a career Executive Assistant from a high-growth technology environment who wants to partner with an ambitious founder and operate at the heart of a scaling business.
