oleYou will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of client ca
re.

- ude:Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to post-complet
- ion.Providing clear, professional advice and regular updates to clients throughout the conveyancing proc
- ess.Preparing contracts and legal documentat
- ion.Ordering and reviewing searc
- hes.Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third part
- ies.Handling exchanges, completions and all associated post-completion formalities, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicati
- ons.Responding promptly to enquiries and progressing matters efficien
- tly.Developing strong working relationships with local estate agents and introduc
- ers.Identifying opportunities to refer clients to other legal services where appropri
- ate.Contributing to business development and supporting the continued growth of the departm
ent.
