How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

You'll lead office and facilities management, oversee operational processes and governance, support client security requirements, and ensure the business maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.

Alongside the HR function, you'll contribute to the full employee lifecycle, performance management, policy development, onboarding, wellbeing initiatives and continuous improvement projects, helping create a positive and high-performing workplace.

    • Coordinate client security audits, compliance questionnaires and information security requirements.
    • Manage supplier relationships, contracts and external recruitment partners.
    • Oversee business continuity planning, health & safety and operational risk.
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR, confidentiality agreements and internal governance processes.

    People

    • Support the employee lifecycle alongside the HR team, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts and compliance.
    • Assist with UK employment policies, employee relations and HR best practice.
    • Coordinate performance review cycles, salary benchmarking and reward processes.
    • Support employee benefits, wellbeing initiatives and hybrid working policies.
    • Develop and enhance onboarding programmes, learning resources and employee experience.
    • Maintain HR documentation, policies and internal processes.
    • Support embedded client resource management where required.

    About You

We're looking for an experienced operations and people professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment.

    You'll bring:

    • Previous experience within a creative agency, marketing agency, production environment or another fast-paced professional services business.
    • Strong operational management skills with experience overseeing facilities, compliance and business operations.
    • Knowledge of UK employment practices and employee lifecycle processes.
    • Experience supporting HR initiatives, performance management and organisational development.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • A highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
    • Strong discretion, professionalism and the ability to manage confidential information.

    Why Join?

    • Join a successful, growing international creative agency.
    • Play a key role supporting the senior leadership team.
