How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

PAID SOCIAL DIGITAL DESIGNER – ECOMMERCE BRANDS (AGENCY SIDE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a rapidly growing international agency that partners with some of the most recognisable ecommerce and consumer brands in the market. Having launched its specialist studio capability only recently, the business has already built a team spanning motion, social content, production and creative strategy, with ambitious plans to continue investing in AI, automation and creative technology.

This is far more than a traditional design role. Sitting at the intersection of creativity, performance marketing and technology, you’ll help shape how paid social and digital campaigns are produced at scale, designing high-performing assets and building the systems, templates and workflows that allow creative to be adapted across different audiences, products and markets. For someone excited by AI, creative automation and the future of performance creative, there is a genuine opportunity to influence the direction of a team that is still defining what “best in class” looks like.

    What they need -

    • Someone with a strong grounding in digital, graphic or motion design who has experience producing high-quality creative across paid social, display and broader digital channels, balancing strong visual craft with commercial impact
    • A designer who enjoys thinking beyond individual assets and has built templates, creative frameworks or automated workflows that enable campaigns to be versioned and scaled efficiently
    • Someone naturally curious about emerging technology, who actively experiments with AI tools and enjoys finding smarter, faster ways to create, adapt and deploy digital content
    • A digital native who thrives in fast-paced agency or in-house environments, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while collaborating closely with strategists, media specialists and fellow creatives
    • Someone comfortable working within performance-led environments, where testing, iteration and optimisation are just as important as generating compelling creative

    What you're great at -

    • Strong capability across Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro, alongside platforms such as Figma, with the confidence to create both static and motion-based assets
    • Experience using, or a genuine appetite to learn, creative automation and dynamic ad platforms such as Smartly.io, Celtra, Bannerflow or Storyteq, understanding how templated design can unlock scale
    • Building scalable creative systems, automated workflows and template-driven production processes, ideally with exposure to feed management, dynamic creative and high-volume asset creation
    • Hands-on experimentation with AI and emerging creative technologies, including tools such as Claude, Freepik, Higgsfield, Firefly and other generative platforms that accelerate production and unlock new creative possibilities
    • A technically curious mindset, combining strong design fundamentals with problem-solving skills and an enthusiasm for automation, efficiency and the future of digital advertising

    What you'll get

    • L&D Budget
    • Work abroad allowance
    • 25 days holiday
    • Enhanced parental leave
    • Summer hours
