Corporate Receptionist (Evening Shift) | 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
A market-leading US law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join its London office on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a prestigious, fast-paced environment where exceptional client service is at the heart of everything they do
.As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless front-of-house experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to all clients, visitors and staff
- Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries efficiently
- Coordinating meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standard
- Arranging and overseeing catering for meetings and events as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist within a law firm or professional services environment
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional and confident manner
- .Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A proactive, flexible approach and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
