A new opportunity for an ambitious corporate solicitor or Associate looking to build a first-class corporate career in London, with quality work, leading training, and mid market deal exposure.
This leading law firm is home to one of the most highly regarded corporate teams in London and across the South East. They are now looking to strengthen their London corporate team after a very successful year, ideally at 3 yr PQE +. The team delivers city-quality transactions, advising on sophisticated deals for clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to established national and international businesses, with transaction values frequently reaching £100m+.
The Work
You will be exposed early to complex, high-value transactions across:
- Mid-market M&A
- Private equity and growth capital
- Management buy-outs and buy-ins
- Joint ventures and restructurings
- Corporate finance
- Strategic advisory work
The role offers hands-on involvement from day one, working closely with a Legal 500-ranked partner and a technically strong, collaborative team that places real emphasis on developing junior lawyers.
You
This role will suit:
- A corporate solicitor c.3 PQE+
- Track record of working on mid market corporate transactions in a highly regarded firm
- Clear ambition to develop as a corporate lawyer within a high-performing team
- The drive to take responsibility early and progress quickly
