📅 Planning diaries to maximise workforce productivity and efficiency
📊 Producing performance reports to track progress
📉 Managing work-in-progress to stay on target
📞 Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams
🛠️ Supporting supervisors and site teams with scheduling
💡 Identifying improvements and suggesting solutions
📧 Handling customer queries professionally
⚠️ Ensuring plans meet health & safety standards

✅ Strong Excel and IT skills
