The role sits within one of the broadest funds platforms in the market, covering a wide range of alternative strategies including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate/REITs, secondaries, co-invests and managed accounts. The work spans both GP-side and LP-side mandates, offering strong variety and exposure across the full fund lifecycle.
The team is known for its breadth, quality and international reach. Recent matters include advising on a major UK build-to-rent portfolio disposal and a significant European data centre joint venture.
The practice offers a strong mix of headline transactions and sophisticated fund formation work across major asset classes.
