How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London, with regular domestic and international travel required. The role is varied and fast-paced, with a strong focus on travel coordination, personal errands, bookings, and day-to-day lifestyle support rather than traditional clerical administration.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accompany family members on trips when required.
    • Arrange restaurants, appointments, events, activities and other personal bookings.
    • Carry out personal errands, shopping, collections, deliveries and other ad-hoc tasks.
    • Coordinate drivers, transportation and other lifestyle arrangements.
    • Liaise with hotels, restaurants, suppliers, concierge services and other external contacts.
    • Assist with diary management and changing schedules as required.
    • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve day-to-day issues.
    • Provide discreet and professional personal support to the family and senior staff.
    • Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
    Requirements
    • Fluent Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
    • Previous experience as a PA, Lifestyle Assistant, Concierge, Private Household or Family Office support is preferred.
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
    • Proactive, practical and highly detail-oriented.
    • Comfortable managing last-minute changes and competing priorities.
    • Confident dealing with luxury hotels, restaurants and service providers.
    • High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis.
    • Good knowledge of London and confident navigating independently.
    • Comfortable with a hands-on role involving personal errands and practical support.
