Keep family breaks running smoothly
You will be responsible for resolving maintenance issues across guest accommodation and village buildings. You'll ensure timely repairs, preventative maintenance and deliver excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing
Carry out inspections and planned preventative maintenance
Report defects and assist with general technical tasks
Respond to maintenance callouts and complete repairs

Your working hours
Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 8am and 10pm
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
You will be 'on call' during late shifts to handle any out-of-hours issues
About you
Level 3 C&G Equivalent NVQ or SVQ qualification in Plumbing Theory & Practice
Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
Previous trade experience (electrical or mechanical)
Excellent customer service skills
