Freedom has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our New Connections Billing team based in Wakefield. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a strong eye for detail, and is looking for a new challenge within a supportive team environment.Whilst previous billing experience would be beneficial, this is a specialist role and full training will be provided.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
Validate costs submitted by direct labour teams and subcontractors.
Ensure all documentation is compliant and completed accurately.
Verify the correct Sales Schedule of Rates (SORs) are selected.
Collate supporting sales documentation and upload completed packs to client systems within required timescales.
Create purchase orders for traffic management requirements.
Process associated purchase invoices.
Maintain accurate records and support the efficient operation of the billing process.
Work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience working in an office environment.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Teams.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working with numbers and analysing information.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
