How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Barista – Corporate Hospitality

    £16.00–£18.00 per hour | Part-Time | Monday to Friday | Starting September

Are you a skilled Barista who can confidently handle a busy coffee bar without compromising on quality?

We're recruiting experienced Baristas to work with some of London's most prestigious corporate clients, including leading banks and executive hospitality venues. If you're passionate about coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

    What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a Barista in a busy café, 5-star hotel, corporate hospitality venue, or high-volume coffee shop.
    Confident using traditional/manual espresso machines.
Able to produce consistently high-quality coffees at speed.
Experience working in high-volume environments, producing 500–1,000+ coffees per day.
Excellent milk texturing and latte art skills are an advantage.
Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with customers.
Good availability throughout the week (Monday to Friday), as shifts are allocated across different weekdays to meet client requirements.

    Your responsibilities

Preparing a full range of espresso-based drinks to a consistently high standard.
Delivering fast, efficient service during busy breakfast and lunch periods.
Maintaining coffee quality while working under pressure.
Keeping the coffee station clean, organised, and fully stocked.
Providing outstanding customer service in a professional corporate environment.

    What we offer

£16.00–£18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
    Holiday Pay.
Part-time weekday shifts only – no weekends.
Opportunities begin in September, with regular work available through December and the potential for ongoing assignments.
Work within prestigious corporate venues across Central London.
If you know your way around a manual espresso machine, can keep the coffees flowing during the busiest rushes, and enjoy working in premium hospitality environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and join a trusted hospitality agency supplying exceptional staff to some of London's leading corporate clients
