Labourer

Phoenix Gray is currently seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our reputable construction client based in Ware, Hertfordshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on individuals who are ready to contribute to a dynamic construction environment. As a Labourer, you'll be expected to assist with various site activities, including the safe movement of materials, setting up and maintaining site safety standards, and supporting tradespeople to ensure smooth project progress. Your role will be vital in maintaining the efficiency and safety of the construction site, requiring both practical skills and a proactive attitude.

Possession of a valid CSCS Card is essential.

Previous experience working as a Labourer on construction sites is preferred.

Good understanding of health and safety procedures within a construction environment.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.

Reliable with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.

Flexibility to work around project schedules and adapt to different site environments.
