How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

D365 Business Development / Sales Consultant

New Business Growth – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner

    UK – Remote

Uncapped OTE - £150k - £250k OTE For Top Performers

    The Company

Our client is an established Microsoft Partner delivering Dynamics 365 BC and wider Microsoft solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers. As the practice scales, they are investing in a dedicated new-business sales hire to drive growth beyond their existing client base.

    The Role

This is a pure new-business hunting role, not account management. You will own the full sales cycle for winning net-new Dynamics 365 BC and ERP-related engagements, working closely with pre-sales, delivery and marketing to build and convert a pipeline against a target of £1.5m+ in new revenue per year.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Generate and convert new business opportunities across Dynamics 365 Business Central.

    * Build and manage a pipeline sufficient to consistently exceed a £1.5m+ annual new business target.

    * Proactively prospect via outbound calling, email, LinkedIn and networking – this is a hunter role, not a farmer role.

    * Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing and partner/Microsoft channels, and convert them into won business.

    * Run and own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution positioning, proposal, commercial negotiation and close.

    * Work closely with pre-sales and technical consultants to shape compelling, credible client proposals.

    * Build relationships with Microsoft's own sales teams and other partner/referral channels to generate warm introductions.

    * Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data and provide reliable forecasting to leadership.

    * Represent the business at industry events, webinars and networking functions to build market presence.

    What You'll Bring

    * A strong background in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or other ERP solutions (NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Infor, Epicor etc.).

    * A proven track record of new business sales success within an ERP, Microsoft partner, or software/solutions environment.

    * Demonstrable experience hitting or exceeding six-figure-plus new business targets.

    * Confidence selling complex, consultative solutions to finance, operations and IT stakeholders, up to C-suite level.

    * A genuine hunter mentality – energised by prospecting and winning new logos, not just managing existing accounts.

    * Strong commercial acumen and the ability to structure and negotiate mid-to-large value deals.

    * Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

    * Existing network or credibility within the Microsoft Dynamics/ERP ecosystem is a strong advantage.

    What's On Offer

    * Uncapped OTE with an accelerated commission structure – realistic on-target earnings well in excess of base salary.

    * Fully remote working across the UK, with occasional travel for client and team meetings.

    * The opportunity to shape a genuine new-business growth function within an established Microsoft Partner.

    * Direct access to Microsoft's partner ecosystem and co-sell/referral opportunities.

    * Clear progression path as the practice scales.

    The Ideal Candidate

You are a driven, target-hungry new business sales professional who thrives on the chase. You know the Dynamics 365 or wider ERP landscape; you understand how technology partners sell into finance and operations buyers, and you want a role where your reward is directly tied to the new business
