The Role
As BIM Designer, you will be responsible for producing coordinated design solutions and construction details across a range of roofing, cladding and façade projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Producing detailed Revit BIM models and technical drawings
Developing practical, buildable design solutions
Coordinating designs with architects, consultants and subcontractors
Identifying and resolving design clashes
Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and project specifications
Managing design documentation and revisions
Supporting project teams throughout the delivery process
Attending design meetings and occasional site visits
Requirements
Previous experience within roofing, cladding, façade or building envelope design
Strong Revit and BIM capability
Good understanding of construction detailing and buildability
Ability to coordinate multiple design packages
Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence preferred
