My client is an accountancy firm based in Birmingham near the city centre, looking for a Part Time Administrator.

Description

Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
Preparing, formatting and proofreading documents and correspondence.
Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Maintaining and organising files, records and office supplies.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
Processing expenses and invoices accurately and promptly.
Organising travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Profile

A successful Part Time Administrator should have:

Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
