How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Sales Manager (Player-Manager)

£70k-£80k basic, uncapped commission, full benefits package

AI | MedTech | UK, Europe & North America

Opportunity to join a 'MedTech' software business that was founded in the North West of England and has grown rapidly since it's inception. They provide unique Artificial Intelligence solutions for the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical markets that provides an insight based pathway, for identifying managing and treating patients with chronic illnesses. With award winning AI solutions, customers in the UK, Europe and the US, this is a fantastic time to join this business in a key Sales Leadership position.

    The Opportunity

This is a true player-manager role.

You'll lead a talented Commercial Sales team while carrying your own number. You'll coach, challenge and inspire—but you'll also be in the trenches, building pipeline, winning customers and showing the team what great looks like.

This business is growing quickly, which means this role offers genuine influence. You'll help shape the sales culture, refine the go-to-market strategy and build the foundations for the next phase of international growth.

    What you'll be doing

    * Leading and developing a high-performing Commercial Sales team.

    * Owning your own revenue target and consistently delivering against it.

    * Coaching through live deals, not just after they've been won or lost.

    * Building pipeline across the UK while supporting expansion into Europe and the USA.

    *

Working closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to continuously improve how to win customers.

    * Recruiting, mentoring and developing future sales talent.

    * Using data to make better decisions—but never forgetting sales is still about people.

    * Helping create a culture that's ambitious, collaborative and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.

    Who you are

    You probably have:

    * A proven track record of exceeding targets within SaaS, Software or MedTech sales.

    * Experience leading, mentoring or managing sales professionals.

    * Confidence selling consultatively into commercial or healthcare environments.

    * Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.

    * The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

    * A coaching mindset—you enjoy seeing other people succeed.

    * The energy and resilience that comes with building something exciting.

Experience selling internationally, particularly into Europe or North America, would be a real advantage but isn't essential.

    Why join?

    Because timing matters.

You'll be joining at a stage where the foundations are built, the product has genuine market traction, and the growth opportunity is significant.

You'll work alongside people who care deeply about what they're building and why they're building it.

You'll have the freedom to make decisions, the backing to try new ideas, and the opportunity to grow your career as the business continues to scale internationally.

Most importantly, you'll be selling technology that genuinely improves healthcare—not just another piece of software.

    What you'll get

    * Competitive salary with uncapped commission

    * Meaningful equity or long-term incentive opportunities (where applicable)

    *

Hybrid working - North West headquarters and offices in London

    * Career progression in a high-growth AI business

    * The chance to shape both a team and an international commercial function

    * Ongoing investment in your personal and professional development

    * A culture built on trust, collaboration and ambiti
