The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observe, assess, and contribute to children's learning and development
Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
Work collaboratively as part of a friendly and dedicated team
Follow EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery policies at all times

We're Looking For

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential)
Previous experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A good understanding of the EYFS framework
A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and achieve their full potential
