Do you have a background as a Workshop Manager or similar, looking to join a well-established company in a management role where you can take ownership of a busy workshop, lead a skilled team and play a key role in the continued success of the business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established and growing company with a strong reputation for quality and customer service in a managerial role. The business specialises in the survey, design and manufacture of bespoke ventilation systems, supplying a wide range of commercial sectors across the UK.

This varied role involves managing workshop staff, planning workloads, monitoring productivity, maintaining health and safety standards, liaising with the office on job progress and costs, and ensuring all repairs and maintenance are completed to manufacturer and company standards. You'll also play an important role in supporting and developing the workshop team while helping to drive continuous improvement.

This role would suit someone with a background as a Workshop Manager or similar, looking to join a well-established company leading a skilled team and playing a role in the company's success.

The Role:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop
Supervising, motivating and developing workshop technicians
Planning and allocating workloads to meet deadlines
Monitoring workshop productivity, quality and health & safety standards
Ordering parts, tools and workshop equipment
Liaising with the office regarding repairs, progress and costs
Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm)The Person:
