Are you an experienced Production Manager or Engineering Team Leader looking to join a specialist manufacturer where you'll play a pivotal role in leading production, driving quality improvements and supporting the manufacture of highly specialised engineering equipment supplied worldwide?

The Role:

Leading and managing the production team across assembly, repairs and sustaining activities.
Planning production schedules, allocating workloads and supporting day-to-day operations.
Managing ERP systems, inventory control and procurement to ensure production deadlines are achieved.
Hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, fault finding and calibration when required.
Driving continuous improvements across production, quality and ISO9001 procedures.
Liaising with engineering, sales and manufacturing teams to coordinate customer orders and production priorities.
Ensuring Health & Safety compliance across the production facility.

The Person:

Previous experience in a Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager or Engineering Team Leader position.
Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background.
Familiar with ERP systems, production planning and inventory management.
