This rare opportunity is so much more than a standard office position. The Operations & Sales Coordinator is a varied, and hands-on role sat at the heart of the business. You will be supporting operational administration, customer service, project coordination and business development.
You will be expected, and trusted to take ownership, bringing ideas, and spotting opportunities to help drive growth. One day you may be coordinating project information and improving processes; the next, you may be following up enquiries, building customer relationships or supporting new business activity.
37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
An outline of what you’ll be doing as the Operations & Sales Coordinator
* Supporting day-to-day operations, administration and project coordination
* Acting as a key contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams
* Managing enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, records and project information
* Identifying ways to improve systems, processes and service levels
* Supporting business development, lead generation and follow-ups
* Building strong customer and supplier relationships
* Helping generate new business and contribute directly to company growth
* Attending occasional site visits and business networking events
* Designing content and managing the social media platforms
About You
We are looking for someone who is energetic, proactive and commercially aware. An unflappable individual with an entrepreneurial mindset- ready and confident to get things done.
Ideally, you are a car driver with a positive attitude and the confidence to get involved across the business. You will be organised, reliable and comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a great fit if you are motivated, ambitious, confident with people, keen to learn and willing to go the extra mile. Most importantly, you will enjoy taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
