Key Responsibilities:
MIG welding steel components to a high standard
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Carrying out quality inspections
Maintaining a safe and organised work area
Press Brake Operators
Key Responsibilities:
Setting and operating press brake machinery
Producing components to specification
Reading engineering drawings
Ensuring quality and accuracy throughout production
Guillotine Operators
Key Responsibilities:
Operating guillotine machinery safely and efficiently
Cutting materials to required dimensions
Conducting quality checks
Supporting production targets
Laser Cutting Operators
Key Responsibilities:
Operating laser cutting machinery
Monitoring machine performance and output quality
Loading materials and maintaining equipment
Working from production schedules and technical drawings
Paint Line Operatives
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing products for painting
Operating paint line equipment
Ensuring high-quality finishes
Following health and safety proceduresWrapping & Finishing Operatives
Key Responsibilities:
Wrapping and packaging finished products
Completing final quality inspections
Preparing customer orders for dispatch
Maintaining a clean working environment
