Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of works
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and resource allocation
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications and the overall programme
Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
Monitor progress, productivity, and project performance
Prepare and review site documentation, permits, and reports
Job Requirements:
SMSTS
Previous EKFB experience is mandatory
Proven experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects, particularly in tunnelling, shaft sinking, or underground works
Extensive knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and ensure project delivery
Experience in programme management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS certification
Full UK driving licence
