Factory Operative

About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production / Factory Operatives. Depending on production demand, you will work in different areas of the factory, helping to manufacture high-quality concrete products.
No previous factory operative experience is required – full training will be provided. We're looking for people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
* Working within various production areas across the factory.
* Operating machinery and equipment safely following full training.
* Handling and moving materials as part of the manufacturing process.
* Carrying out physically demanding manual work, including regular heavy lifting.
* Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping.
* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 6:00am – 3:00pm
* Overtime may be required depending on production demands.
* Each factory operative is allocated one designated overtime day each week. If overtime is needed on your allocated day, you will remain on shift while the rest of the team finishes at the normal time.
Pay & Benefits
* £14.63 per hour.
* £200 attendance bonus after successfully completing your first 3 months, subject to excellent attendance.
* Weekend work paid at 1.5x hourly rate (where applicable).
