Role: School HR Administrator
Location: Quorn, Leicestershire
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
Duration: Temporary Ongoing

A welcoming school in Quorn is seeking an experienced and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with school-based HR or administration experience who can provide effective support within a busy education setting and start immediately.

The Role

Managing recruitment administration and safer recruitment checks
Coordinating onboarding, compliance and induction processes
Maintaining accurate staff records and HR documentation
Monitoring staff absence records and updating HR systems
Supporting staff training and personnel administration
Responding to HR queries with professionalism and discretion
Providing general administrative support when requiredWhat We're Looking For

Previous school-based administration experience (essential)
Previous HR administration experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and IT skills
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Proactive approach and ability to manage a varied workload
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneWhat You'll Receive
