Senior Quantity Surveyor, Hampshire
My client is an award winning and specialist Construction and Engineering Contractor who require an Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a contract basis.
My client is well established and has a history of success, delivering construction and mechanical and electrical across the private and public sectors. This includes projects within the AMP 8 water framework.
As Quantity Surveyor you be the commercial lead on a current live project, helping to support the delivery to the client and ensure commercial success. You will manage the contractual terms of the sub-contractor supply chain and deal with any variations as they arise. This position reports directly to the Commercial Manager
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have experience working as in a similar capacity for a Construction Contractor, working on project types ranging from 500k to £10m.
This is an excellent opportunity to join on an intiial 3 month contract with every posssibility and liklihood of being extended. They have an excellent retention of their staff due to their positive and collaborative culture engrained throughout the business.
