Key Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in the kitchen by:
Running your own section and maintaining consistently high standards
Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh, seasonal produce
Supporting the senior chefs during busy service
Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Assisting with stock control and reducing waste
Helping to train and support junior members of the team
