The Role
As a Graduate TA - Aspiring Teacher, you will support pupils across the curriculum, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences. You will provide one-to-one assistance, support small intervention groups, and help create a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel confident and motivated.
This role provides excellent preparation for graduates looking to progress onto a PGCE, School Direct, or other teacher training pathway.
Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to improve pupil confidence and progress.
Assist with classroom resources and learning activities.
