The Role
The successful Graduate SEN TA will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs.
Assist with delivering engaging and accessible learning activities.
Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Help implement personalised learning and behaviour support plans.
Build positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents to promote successful outcomes.About You
The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or another relevant subject.
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach.
