About the Role
All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a reputable client based in Basildon to recruit proactive Production Operatives for their large, supportive Production and Warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
* Operate a packing machine efficiently and safely to maintain production flow.
* Produce quality parts in line with production targets, ready for dispatch.
* Prepare and pack products safely and efficiently to meet quality and dispatch standards.
* Organise and maintain stock within the warehouse to ensure a safe, tidy, and productive workspace.
* Collaborate closely with a friendly, fast-paced Production team to meet daily distribution targets.
* Adhere to all health and safety procedures within the production and warehouse environment.
* Support the wider operations team in maintaining consistent output and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
* Previous experience within a Production, Warehouse, or Manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
* Machine operation experience, particularly with packing machinery, would be advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy when packing and producing parts.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
* Good communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and flexibility to work rotating shifts.
* Willingness to undertake a comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
