We are currently recruiting for an ambitious, design-focused Architect to join an award-winning architectural firm in Dublin. What You’ll Be Doing

Design & Concept Delivery: Driving creative concept development, spatial design, and presentation packages for high-profile Irish developments.

Project Leadership: Running projects through all RIAI work stages (1–7), acting as the primary point of contact for clients, planning authorities, and design teams.
*
Planning & Approvals: Managing complex planning applications, urban design strategies, and negotiations with local authorities.
*
BIM & Technical Integration: Collaborating closely with internal Architectural Technologists and engineering consultants to ensure design intent translates smoothly into Revit production models.

Site & Contract Administration: Managing site operations, inspecting works on-site, administering RIAI contracts, and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets.
What We’re Looking For
*
Qualification: RIAI Registered Architect (or ARB / EU equivalent eligible for RIAI registration).
*
Experience: 4–8+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally leading mid-to-large scale commercial or residential projects in Ireland or the UK.
*
Software Skills: High proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Enscape, Rhino, or SketchUp for visual storytelling is a strong asset.
*
Regulatory Expertise: Thorough knowledge of Irish Planning Legislation, Building Regulations (Parts A–M), and BCAR workflows.
*
Leadership & Communication: Excellent client-facing skills, site authority, and the ability to mentor junior design staff.
