About the Role
Supervising classes across KS3-KS5 during teacher absences
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain engaged
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Supporting students with questions and helping keep lessons running smoothly
Opportunities available for both short-term cover and long-term placements
About You
Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting (like coaching volunteering etc.)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to stay calm, confident, and adaptable in a busy school environment
A genuine interest in education and supporting student learning
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Availability between 8:00am and 3:30pm is essential
